“Hotel is well located for access to city centre and shopping arcades. Rooms are comfortable and contain all the amenities you would expect. All round good value for money. Staff not overly friendly, and having my name laughed at during check in was not exactly a high point of my stay. With the hotel itself in fairly good order perhaps a little more work on front of house people skills would not go amiss?”
“Lovely modern hotel located conveniently in the town centre with amenities on the doorstep. Nice room with views of the skyline and usual buffet breakfast each morning and restaurant/bar for evening dining. Alternatively Wetherspoon’s is directly opposite the hotel. Very friendly staff. Parking costs an additional £16 per day so I used alternative parking.”
“We booked 3 rooms last minute. Everything was great in the rooms. Breakfast was lovely. We had our grandson with us with egg and dairy allergies. Alison went above and beyond to reassure us his food would be cooked separately. She was so lovely and attentive. It made our breakfast relaxed and enjoyable. Will definitely revisit.”
